I’m always looking for a great one! Right now I’m focusing on lower body and core to get myself ready for the summer season of running. If you’ve been following me, you know running has taken a backseat as we get our new home in order, so running is always scheduled in on the weekend! That will soon change as the weather gets nicer, the summer run series starts up, and school comes to an end–> #teacherlife These workouts can take as little as 5 minutes for one round or 15 minutes for 3 rounds, but will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.įYI, I am not currently a certified personal trainer, but often sound like one since I used to be! Always consult a physician before embarking on an exercise program, and be aware of your ability levels. Writing them down and making them tangible can help do actually get them done. It’s crucial to set intentions for everything we do–even ( and especially) workouts. ![]() This is my Weekly Workout, tailored to my individual fitness goals and time constraints. I scheduled Monday through Sunday with quick, effective workouts to ensure I avoid that defeated feeling at the end of the week when I realize I was too busy.
